FILL IN THE AUTHOR'S REFERENCE

Entrepreneurship, Economy and Law

Entrepreneurship, Economy and Law is the all-Ukrainian scientific-practical economic and legal journal, which has been published since January 1, 1996 monthly. 

According to the Resolution of the Presidium of HAC of Ukraine dated November 10, 1999 No. 3-05 / 11, the journal was included in the list of publications authorized to publish the key findings of dissertations in Law and Economics. The journal was re-included in the mentioned list following the Resolution of HAC of Ukraine dated December 16, 2009 No 1-05/6 in the section “Legal Sciences”. Re-registration of the journal as a professional publication in the “Legal Sciences” section was conducted in 2015 based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1328 dated 21.12.2015, Appendix No.8.

Based on the Order of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine as of 17.03.2020 № 409 (annex 1), the journal is included in the list of professional publications of category “B” in the field of legal sciences (081 “Law”, 293 “International Law”).

The journal is included in the scientometric database Index Copernicus International (the Republic of Poland).

“Entrepreneurship, Economy and Law” is indexed in the International scientometric Database Google Scholar.

Editorial staff assigns DOI (digital object identifier) to every published paper.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • By submitting the article for publication to the editorial office of “Entrepreneurship, Economy and Law”, an author expresses the consent to publish its full text both in the printed version of the journal and on the Internet, the official website – www.pgp-journal.kiev.ua

  • The journal is published only in English. The editorial office accepts high-quality articles written in English or Ukrainian. Ukrainian articles are subject to English translation by a professional translator.

  • High-quality English articles are published GRATUITOUSLY.

  • Articles shall not have grammatical or other mistakes and shall meet the journal’s focus and requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the specialized publications.

  • The submitted articles shall be original and have not been published in other printed publications. The article is accepted for consideration if it complies with the requirements for the author’s original articles (materials) available on the journal’s website in the section “Requirements for publications”. 

  • All materials shall have an open character. The presence of a restrictive stamp is a reason to reject the materials. 

PROCEDURE FOR MATERIALS SUBMISSION

Deadline for submission of articles: during the year. The article may be accepted for publication in the current or subsequent issues of the scientific journal. The time it takes for an article to be published from the time it is accepted and approved by the editors ranges from one to three months. In order to consider the issue of publishing an article in the journal "Entrepreneurship, Economy and Law" it is necessary:

  1. to fill out the form at the link;

  • an English and original Ukrainian article (to check it for plagiarism and translation quality) or Ukrainian article (for translating into English);
  • scanned confirmation of publication fee payment (the payment details will be sent after receiving and review of materials).

The files shall be named in English according to the author’s surname and contain the word “Article” in the second part (for example, Ivchenko_article-eng, Ivchenko_article-ukr).

ORDER OF ARTICLE ACCEPTANCE AND REVIEW

  • The editorial board informs the participant about article receiving within 3 days. 

  • All articles are subjected to an internal anonymous review and checking for plagiarism.

  • The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

  • Editors of the journal are authorized to carry out scientific and bibliographic editing of the received materials. If it is necessary, materials can be reduced in agreement with the author, or, if the subject matter of the article is of interest to the journal, the article can be sent to the author for improvement.

  • The editorial staff reserves the right to reject an article, which does not meet the requirements or scope of the journal. In the case of rejection of the submitted article, the editorial board provides the author with a reasoned opinion.

PUBLISHING FEE PROCEDURE

The amount of the contribution for the translation of the article is UAH 100. for 1 page.
